Josh was great to work with for getting carpet picked out for our new home. He encouraged us to look at other vendors as well, which we did, and still ended up choosing Brown's. Josh was very responsive to any questions my wife and I had and special ordered the carpet we wanted. During installation, there was a small issue with a seam that wasn't quite right that he sent the installers back to fix the same day. We also worked with Dave for small leak in the living room. Dave was very kind and professional and help fix our ceiling and replace the fan, coming back multiple times to make sure everything was completely dry and ready to be finished. I would highly recommend Browns Floor Care for any carpet installation or water mitigation. We also plan to hire them in the future for duct cleaning.
